Sunday Morning Experience
Our hope is that you will find NHV a comfortable and friendly place. We want you to feel at ease and be free to learn more about what it means to have a relationship with God. We believe this is the key to everything, including all other relationships. That is why our vision begins with helping people draw closer in their relationship with God. This will influence how they grow stronger in their relationship with each other and how they live louder in their relationship with the world. So we encourage you to come as you are and hang out with us some Sunday morning.
NHV Worship at 10:45 am
When you arrive there will be people at the main entrance to welcome you and be your guide around NHV. They are eager to help so please let them know if it’s your first time with us. After you get settled, we encourage you to head over to the Connections Center. We have a gift bag for you that includes a coffee mug and a coupon for downloading some Vineyard worship music for free.
A typical Sunday morning service lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes but it goes by quickly. We start with worship music that engages our soul followed by a biblical message that engages our heart and mind. We believe it is the combination of both that ignite our spiritual transformation. After the message, we allow time for people to receive prayer for any needs they may have, whether spiritual, emotional, financial or physical. Our prayer team loves to be Jesus in the flesh to those who need an encounter with Him.
It’s our prayer that by the time you leave, you will have encountered a God who is real and people who really care.
NHV Kid’s Classes at 10:45 am
Our kid’s classes are designed to assist parents in helping their children grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by providing a safe and secure place where children are loved and accepted because of who God made them to be. Age appropriate games, crafts, music and stories teach kids the truth about who God is and who He says they are and how they can become more like Jesus.
During the worship service, children ages 3 years old through 5th grade can worship along with their parents in the Sanctuary until the Meet-and-Greet or can attend Children’s Church for the entire service.
Nursery at 10:45 am to noon
We provide a staffed nursery for children 3 years and under. Our friendly, trained volunteers are there ready to hold an infant, comfort a crying baby or change a diaper. They will play with your child, read them a story and show them the love of God. Our nursery staff believe a warm, safe and clean environment enables you to focus on God while they care for you child.
